About Us
The Enclave at Town Center in Nocatee is a quaint community of 141 homes. Per Florida law, it is governed by a Home Owners Association The Enclave HOA Board meets quarterly in January, April, July and October. Current Board members are Scott Pekarchick, president; Brian Martin, vice-president; Jim Bradshaw, treasurer. Residents volunteer to serve to several Enclave committees. The Social Committee organizes events for residents. The Architectural Committee reviews requests for changes to the exterior of homes and landscaping. When a homeowner is fined for failure to correct violations of HOA rules, the Compliance Committee can hear the appeal of the homeowner.
